Ministry Overview
We are the only church/ministry that educates its members how to properly utilize their time, channel their energy and focus their attention, as they learn how to unlock their God-given gifts and exercise their God-given, natural rights.
Religion & Philosophy
RELIGION AND PHILOSOPHY
We have established our own moral, religious and spiritual philosophy based on:

God's Law as outlined in the Holy Bible in Exodus 20:2-17, Deuteronomy 5:6-21 and Exodus 34:11-26, and
-
The philosophy of Self-Actualization, as detailed in Liber Divinae Libertatis, the official book of our ministry.
In our faith, we firmly believe that we—the People—must embrace and activate the divine gifts bestowed upon us by God, the Creator, by applying the philosophy outlined in our official book.
Self-Actualization is both a faith and a way of life—a sacred journey toward divine freedom, enlightenment, and self-mastery.
BELIEF STATEMENT
The foundation of our ministry is built upon the following beliefs. We hold that:

God's Law, outlined in the Holy Bible in Exodus 20:2-17, Deuteronomy 5:6-21 and Exodus 34:11-26, is absolute;

Our unbreakable covenant with God, the Creator, is affirmed in our Charter and Declaration;
-
Our enduring tenets, creed and principles are defined in our Sacred Order of Divine Rights;
-
The philosophy of self-actualization, as detailed in our sacred texts Liber Divinae Libertatis, is our education and enlightenment source; and
-
Government—whether state, federal, international or multinational—has no place, or right to interfere, in the private or faith-based affairs of living men and women, and has no authority over the private or faith-based affairs of Natione Divinae Libertatis, or its congregants.
We operate under an inviolable covenant with God, the Creator, and the exclusive jurisdiction and ecclesiastical law of our church and ministry.
PRIVATE JURISDICTION
FAMILY SELF-GOVERNANCE SYSTEM
In accordance with Article XX: Ministry Belief Statement of our Charter and Declaration, we educate our ministry members on their God-given rights, and how to exercise those rights using a proprietary documentation framework. Please watch the following two-part video to learn more.
Nationality & Sovereignty
OUR NATION
On the sixteenth day of April in the year two thousand twenty-five, the Heads of two private unincorporated spiritual organizations––one of which is Natione Divinae Libertatis––established a new nation––a sovereign and independent ecclesiastical body politic that operates as a theocratic democracy and republic. This new nation is called Le'Rias Empire; It is a product of Divine Law, Natural Law, Private Contract Law and Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction.
Le'Rias Empire stands as a sovereign nation in accordance with International law, as described in Article 3 of the 1933 Montevideo Convention, and is legally recognized as a foreign government as per 18 USC 11.
Le'Rias Empire operates for the benefit of its Member Associations and Citizens.
CITIZENSHIP
Citizenship in Le'Rias Empire confers certain rights and privileges to men and women who choose to become a citizen. A citizen of Le'Rias Empire is a living man or woman who:

Is a member of an approved Member Association of the Le'Rias Empire;

Has pledged allegiance to Le'Rias Empire as one of the People; and
-
Has sworn to protect and uphold the Constitution of LE'RIAS EMPIRE.
Citizens are nationals of Le'Rias Empire and possess unalienable rights. They are not franchises or property of any government.
As affirmed in Article 15 of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights:

“Everyone has the right to a nationality and cannot be arbitrarily deprived of it”

“People have the right to change their nationality”
Furthermore, as per 8 USC 1101(23), Naturalization means "to confer the nationality of a state upon a person after birth, by any means whatsoever." Thus, any man or woman retains the right to change their nationality at any time.
Diplomatic Immunity
DIPLOMATIC STATUS OF NATIONALS
Nationals of Le'Rias Empire have diplomatic status as ambassadors-at-large, ministers and spiritual envoys. These designations represent their spiritual nationality and divine mission—serving as a living emissary of truth, faith and divine order under the authority of Le'Rias Empire.
DIPLOMATIC PROTECTIONS
Under Articles 3, 29 and 31 of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961), diplomats benefit from the following privileges and immunities as diplomatic agents of a nation:

Protection of Diplomats
For any violations, diplomats have avenues for international redress through the International Criminal Court (ICC), United Nations (UN) and European Council on Human Rights (ECHR).
IDENTIFICATION & TRAVEL
DOCUMENTATION FOR NATIONALS
At this time, Le'Rias Empire does not issue its own sovereign passport.
It is the long term intention of the Empire being to issuing official Le'Rias Empire Passports to all recognized citizens/nationals once a sufficient number of other nations and international entities have acknowledged or recognized the Le'Rias Empire Passport.
In the interim, once you have:

Become a member of a Member Association;
-
Sworn and signed the Oath of Citizenship; and
-
Pledged allegiance to Le'Rias Empire,
you may qualify for certain recognized travel documents, including:

A de-jure United States of America Passport; and/or
-
A World Service Authority World Passport.
These travel options are among the interim benefits available to citizens/nationals of Le'Rias Empire, until such time as the Empire’s own passport system is fully established and internationally recognized.
